Limited Warranty

Rovsco products are manufactured with a strong emphasis on reliability and performance. Rovsco manufactured products carry a 12 months limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Rovsco’s sole responsibility, at its discretion after evaluation of the returned product will be to repair or replace the defective components.

This warranty is conditional on Rovsco’s evaluation and determination. Following Limitations and Exclusions to this Limited Warranty apply:

Item is not covered if altered or repaired by anyone other than Rovsco, unless authorised in writing by Rovsco, Inc. or Rovsco Asia Pte Ltd.
Item is not covered if subjected to misuse, negligence, poor maintenance, accident; or installation or operation not in accordance with the product specification.
Item is not covered if subjected to incorrect power connection or voltage.
Lamps are not covered.
Items subject to wear including but not limited to, outer appearance, O-rings, view ports, cables; unless due to defect in material or workmanship.

The warranty on items, supplied but not manufactured by Rovsco shall conform to the warranty, if any, extended by the manufacturer of the said items.
Except as herein set forth, Rovsco makes no warranties, express or implied or otherwise, and without limiting the foregoing Rovsco makes NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Rovsco shall not be liable for consequential damages (direct or indirect) of any kind.

All returns of products covered under warranty must be authorized by Rovsco. You must call or email Rovsco prior to shipping the defective product back for a RMA# (Return Material Authorizatin Number). This issued RMA# must appear legibly on the outside of the package for each returned item.
Inside the package, the customer must include a complete return address and a statement of the problem. Items returned for service must be properly packaged and insured. Rovsco will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the shipment. Freight charges to and from Rovsco must be paid by the customer. No returns will be accepted without RMA#.
